FAQ

  • What sort of services do you provide?
    We provide home and office cleaning to suit any need, from regular daily, weekly or fortnightly cleaning, to in-depth clean for when you're looking to sell or get your deposit back, and everything in between. We also handle special requests, within reason, so if you want your bins taken out or your washing hung out during our visit, simply let us know and we'll arrange it.
  • Do I need to be home during my clean?
    You do not need to be there during our visit, but we do need a way to get into your home; be it a spare key, a number combination, electronic entry, and so on. We will discuss this on during your initial contact with us, or during your quote.
  • Can I cancel a booking?
    We understand that plans change and schedules move around. You are free to cancel your cleaning at any time, but we ask that you do so as soon as possible for you, so we can better adjust our schedule and service other clients.
  • What if I need a clean done immediately?
    This is sometimes not possible, as we can be booked with existing clients. However, if you need an immediate clean, let us know, and we will do our best to facilitate you.
  • Will I be required to enter into a contract?
    Clients are not required to enter into contracts to receive our services.
  • What does your team not clean?
    We will not clean the following. Keep in mind that this is not an exhaustive list. Delicate and/or specialized items or equipment Blood and other biological remains Dangerous and/or toxic chemicals or waste
  • Do I need to supply any cleaning supplies or equipment?
    We use all of our own supplies and equipment, but we are happy to use yours if you wish.
  • How many team members will be present during my clean?
    We will typically send one cleaner for recurring cleans, and two to three cleaners for larger cleans like end of lease cleans or spring cleans.
  • Do you have an hourly rate?
    We do not provide an hourly rate because you do not pay us to be at your home or workplace for a specific amount of time. You pay us to complete the job, so we charge per job. It's as simple as that.
  • What can I expect when booking a clean with you?
    You will get into contact with us, and we will discuss with you your needs, as well as a date and time that suits you for one of our friendly team to come out and inspect your property. They will work out with you pricing, the best time and day to carry out your clean, as well as any other relevant information. After the clean is completed, you may pay via cash, eftpos, bank transfer, or we will send you an invoice with payment details.
  • Do someone really need to visit before giving a quote?
    Despite what it may seem, not every house is the same. We can occasionally provide a quote over a video call, but a personal visit is usually required to give a proper quote and take into account the requirements of the clean, which will allow us to give the most accurate quote possible.
  • How do you come to the price of the clean?
    Each clean is different just as each house is different. Our method is simple: We judge the work required to complete each clean, and provide a quote based on that information.
  • What should I do before my clean?
    We ask that you tidy up around any of the areas that you need us to clean (kids' toys for example). If you will be out during your clean, make sure that anything we need to enter your property is available to us - such as a key in a lockbox near the front door.
