Covid-19 Safety
The current covid-19 pandemic has caused great disruption to the everyday lives of people all over the world, and Australia, while luckier than most, has not been immune to this disruption. Our governments have initiated lockdowns in order to soften the impact of the virus. This has rendered many businesses, including ourselves, operating at reduced capacity.
As we move on from the most recent round of lockdowns, and regular service for Sash & Co. customers should resume on Monday, October 11th, 2021. We thank you for your continued support.
The Current Situation.
Though we are currently out of lockdown restrictions, there still remain risk factors associated with Covid-19 infection and transmission. While everyone may make their own choice as how to respond to such, we feel that it is important to understand the risks involved with home cleaning services into the immediate future.
The possibility of household-to-household transmission is something that the home cleaning industry, and it's clients, should be wary of. Of course, Sash & Co. will do our best to mitigate transmission risk, and we adhere to health advice guidelines, though we cannot guarantee against it completely.
Our Response.
While our cleaners are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, it's important to recognize that, due to the nature of home cleaning services, transmission from home to home is still possible. With that in mind, we will be taking precautions, such as;​
Certification in Covid-19 Infection Control Training
Not attending work if we are unwell or suspect that we might be sick
What We Need From You.
Covid-19 safety is a group effort, and so we ask you to also take the following precautions during our visits;​
​Notify us immediately if anyone in your household experiences any Covid-19 symptoms
Notify us immediately if anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid-19
We are living in turbulent times, but by working together we can get through it. Hopefully, we can all see each other on the other side, happy and well. Until then, stay safe!
